We are pleased to announce that Valley Steps are coming onto Treforest campus to offer Mindfulness Taster sessions.
Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment. It has shown to increase people’s sense of wellbeing, reduce stress, anxiety and depression, and help people manage a wide range of physical conditions. So mindfulness isn’t only useful if you’re feeling stressed or have a mental health problem – it can help any of us enjoy a healthier, happier life.
