STRESS CONTROL (ATRiuM) – 6 week course that has been designed to help people learn to control their stress or anxiety better. You will learn new stress control tools and as the course goes on, how to put these together.

Start Date : Wednesday 7th November 2pm – 4pm at ATRiuM, Cardiff Room CAA118. Every Wednesday thereafter for a total of 6 weeks.

This is an open access course so no need to book, just turn up. Facilitated by Stepiau

ANXIETY WORKSHOP – Glyntaff – a two hour workshop to identify triggers to anxiety, how anxiety is maintained and strategies for change.

CREATIVE THERAPY SUPPORT GROUP (Treforest) – 8 week group providing a safe, confidential space to explore the process of change.

Start Date : Monday 14th January 1pm – 3pm at Treforest, H Block (1st floor), Room TRH132. Every Monday thereafter for a total of 8 weeks.

Courses are run weekly and open access so no need to book.
