CREATIVE THERAPY SUPPORT GROUP – (9 week group) A holistic practice where creative expression is utilised for self-exploration, connection and growth.

Start Date : Monday 14th January 1pm – 3pm at Treforest, Hirwaun Building (1st floor), Room TRH132. Every Monday thereafter for a total of 9 weeks.

LIVING LIFE TO THE FULL – (6 weeks) Can attend individual sessions that interest you or the course as a whole, topics will change from week to week.
